Filipino Time
As a Western traveler, I've discovered that there are 4 types of time in the Philippines:
- Standard time (professionals and students only)
- Filipino time (the most prevalent type; 1 hour +/- late)
- Indian time (no-show for appointment)
Then there's Mañana time, so forget about GTD today.
